From The River To D.C.: How Arab Countries Bought Up Washington’s Most Elite Neighborhood

Arab Gulf states have quietly and sometimes secretly purchased at least $282 million worth of the D.C. area’s most elite and culturally important real estate—surrounding Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s home and including the property in front of which pro-Palestine demonstrators have been haranguing Blinken around the clock.
