Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird announced Tuesday that she would sue the Biden-Harris administration for allegedly withholding voter data on noncitizens.
“Biden & Harris know who the noncitizens are on our voter rolls & have refused to tell us,” Bird wrote on the social media platform, X. “I’m suing for the Biden-Harris admin to finally hand over the election integrity data it has been hiding. We must secure all future elections & ensure this never happens again.”
